Diesel UK Returns: Free Direct Orders, Authorisation and Flagship Shops
Diesel’s official UK returns page lets eligible direct website orders be registered online, arranged through client services or brought to certain Diesel flagship stores. Those options do not mean a Diesel label purchased from a concession can be returned through the web warehouse.
Direct Diesel purchases and shop options
Diesel states a 30-day request window measured from delivery or in-store collection for eligible Diesel.com orders and describes the return as free. It asks for all relevant original packaging, accessories and tags. Its instructions expressly say that products from different orders, or goods from other brands, should not be included in the same return parcel; unmatched goods may not be refunded.
Choosing an eligible return channel
Find the web order confirmation and complete the official return form for the specific items. Wait for the authorisation email, then use the shipping instructions and label provided. If you use client services to arrange the return, have the order number and purchase email ready. Check whether the nearest shop is an eligible Diesel flagship rather than a concession in another retailer.
If the item was bought from another stockist
Imagine you bought jeans from Diesel.com and a Diesel jacket from a department store. Posting the jacket with the jeans under the web-order label will not give Diesel a matching direct-sale record. Return the jacket through the original department-store purchase channel and keep the two receipts separate.
Checking the refund or exchange
Diesel says it requests the refund after an authorised return is accepted, with timing dependent on the original payment channel. Retain the authorisation and delivery tracking if you need to ask client services why the refund has not appeared. Another direct luxury retailer, Burberry, has its own online and shop-return distinctions; a Diesel authorisation does not cover a purchase at another brand.
