Crew Clothing UK Returns: 28 Days, Sale Items and Hygiene Rules
If you are clearing out a holiday wardrobe, check which Crew Clothing pieces were on sale before sending everything back. The shop gives sale goods a shorter voluntary return period than full-priced pieces.
Which return rules apply?
Crew Clothing’s help pages say eligible ordinary purchases may be returned within 28 days and sale items within 14 days. Clothes must remain in their original condition with labels and purchase evidence. The company lists exceptions for personalisation and certain hygiene-sensitive garments, including underwear and swimwear where the protective strip is missing. The official Crew Clothing UK policy and help page contains the current wording for this purchase route.
Making the return
Find the order confirmation or till receipt and identify the return deadline for each line. Use the brand’s current UK help instructions for the correct return route. If a size change is needed, Crew Clothing advises that returning the item for a refund and placing a new order may be the quickest way to obtain the replacement.
When the ordinary procedure may not fit
If a jumper was bought at full price but socks were bought in a sale, the jumper’s longer window should not be applied to the socks. Check the product and packaging condition as well as the purchase date.
A purchase from Next should be handled under its own policy; our Next UK returns guide explains that separate shop procedure.
For an item that arrived incorrect or damaged, contact Crew Clothing with the order information and describe the issue; that is a different support question from an unworn-item return.
