Jigsaw UK Returns: Full-price, Sale Items and Earrings
Jigsaw does not apply exactly the same change-of-mind deadline to full-price clothing and discounted stock. A pair of earrings also raises different return conditions from a jumper.
How the rules apply to this purchase
Jigsaw’s UK help, updated in January 2026, says qualifying full-priced items can be returned or exchanged within 28 days and sale items within 14 days from purchase. Items need to be unused and accompanied by proof of purchase. Its published policy excludes ordinary returns of earrings and underwear for hygiene reasons while distinguishing faulty goods. The official Jigsaw UK policy and help page contains the current wording for this purchase route.
Arranging the return
Before arranging a return, separate sale items from full-price ones and check the original purchase dates. Keep garment tags and the receipt, and follow the official help route for the relevant online or shop purchase rather than sending a parcel to an address found on a third-party directory.
Our Next UK returns article applies only if you paid Next rather than Jigsaw for the clothing.
A detail that can change the route
A sale blouse that no longer fits is not subject to the same published period as a full-price coat purchased on the same day. An earring that arrived broken is also a different enquiry from an unwanted pair in normal condition.
Refund questions and support
Use Jigsaw’s customer help for the latest return route or a fault query, and provide the order confirmation. Do not interpret the hygiene restriction as a blanket rule for every problem with a defective item.
