Mango Returns UK: Free Drop-off, Shops and £1.95 Collection

Mango offers different UK return routes, and choosing the convenient one can change the cost. An ordinary clothing order can be taken to a participating Mango store or delivery point without the same charge as an optional home collection.

Mango online and in-store returns

Mango’s GB returns page gives a 30-day window measured from dispatch for ordinary orders, with a shorter rule for its CAPSULE collection. It lists free eligible in-store and delivery-point returns and a £1.95 home collection service. Request the chosen return in My Purchases and follow the barcode or collection instructions displayed for that order.

Collection fees and item restrictions

Not every place selling Mango clothes accepts Mango.com returns: the company lists excluded department stores, outlet locations and Gatwick Airport. It also says Mango Home items cannot be exchanged or returned in stores. Check the product range and store before setting off with a parcel.

A purchase made abroad

Suppose you ordered a shirt and a Mango Home accessory in one delivery. Taking the shirt to a participating store may be possible, but the home item requires a different route. The fact that both appear under My Purchases does not remove that distinction.

Find the UK return route

Keep the dispatch email and the QR or barcode used at drop-off. Mango says refunds go to the original payment method and gives separate warehouse-processing and bank-arrival estimates; read those timelines before reporting a missing credit.

Our Next UK returns guide describes a different retailer’s shop and parcel arrangements if your purchase was made there rather than at Mango.
