GANT UK offers a digital return process rather than supplying a paper label inside every parcel. It also distinguishes dropping an online return at a GANT shop from receiving an immediate shop refund: a store may act as a collection point while the warehouse processes the credit.
GANT’s 30-day UK return conditions
The UK FAQ describes free returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible direct purchases, with items kept unused and in their original condition. Its portal also offers certain same-item size exchanges. The return guidance identifies special conditions for swimwear, underwear, sealed perfume and gift cards, which should be checked before opening or wearing those items.
Using a QR code or an eligible shop
Locate the direct order in Gant Club or open the official returns portal with your order number and checkout email. Select a return or the available same-item size exchange, follow the QR instructions and keep the handover receipt. If visiting a shop for an online return, do not assume the till will issue the money immediately: GANT says the item goes to its warehouse before the refund is processed.
A return drop-off is not an instant refund
Suppose you ordered a shirt in the wrong size and are considering an exchange at the nearest GANT store. The website’s portal may offer a size exchange, but an ordinary drop-off at the shop does not necessarily create a replacement on the spot. Choose the exchange option and confirm the new size before handing over the original garment.
How a size exchange is processed
If the order was paid for at an independent stockist, return to that selling retailer rather than generating a GANT direct-shop label. For an online refund delay, keep the return receipt and inspect warehouse-processing updates before contacting the official UK support team. A GANT-branded shirt sold by Next is returned under the Next receipt and order policy rather than through GANT’s direct web-order QR portal.
