Ralph Lauren UK supports direct online returns and some size exchanges, but exchange eligibility depends on how you paid and whether the item was reduced in a sale. A gift return can also generate a different form of credit from a buyer’s ordinary refund.
Which Ralph Lauren orders qualify
The official UK policy states that eligible direct website items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition with relevant tags and accessories. Online size exchanges are subject to stock and exclude sale items and orders paid using some alternative methods, including PayPal, Apple Pay and gift cards. It also sets particular conditions for customised goods, unsealed perfume and swimwear or underwear where hygiene strips have been removed.
Starting an online return or size exchange

Choose whether the purchase qualifies for a refund or a size exchange, then follow the UPS or other officially offered carrier instructions and retain the posting evidence. If taking a website purchase to a participating shop, bring the order confirmation; a factory outlet or third-party retailer may have a different procedure.
PayPal, sale items and gift purchases
You ordered a full-price polo in the wrong size but paid through PayPal. Rather than promising an automatic like-for-like exchange, the UK policy directs customers using that method towards a refund return and a new purchase. A sale polo may also be returnable without being eligible for the web exchange option.
Gift credit and refund follow-up
A gift recipient should check the return-gift flow before expecting money back to their own card: Ralph Lauren says a qualifying gift return can result in a virtual gift card. Keep the original order evidence and the confirmation for the method you actually used. A luxury item purchased from Burberry has separate gift and online-return procedures, even if it was bought on the same shopping trip.
