Cancel Canva Pro UK: Teams, Free Trials and Subscription Billing
Canva Pro’s subscription can be billed through a Canva account or through a mobile app store, and a Teams plan may have an owner or administrator who controls the workspace subscription. Identify the plan on the original invoice before following a generic cancel button. Deleting a design or leaving a team is not proof that an active paid renewal has ended. The Canva published store policy gives the conditions for the transaction described here.
Choose the correct account or workspace
Open Canva’s official billing and plan-management guidance for the account or workspace on the receipt. If Canva billed you directly, use the account’s plan settings and complete the cancellation prompts. For an Apple or Google Play purchase, use the appropriate store’s subscription screen. Keep any acknowledgement and the plan end date displayed in the billing view.
A personal trial alongside a Teams plan
Example: For instance, you have a personal Canva Pro trial and belong to a paid Canva Teams workspace at work. Cancelling the personal trial will not necessarily alter the separate team billing. Check the subscription owner and merchant for each account rather than treating every Canva login as one payment agreement.
Paid plans and free-trial dates
Cancelling a free trial before renewal and cancelling an established paid plan are different timing questions. The current plan screen should show the next billing event and relevant access changes. If you manage several Canva workspaces, make sure the confirmation refers to the particular paid subscription you intended to stop.
If a renewal is still visible after you have completed cancellation, compare the receipt, workspace and confirmation email and use Canva’s official help centre for the applicable billing route. A completed cancellation should not be described as a guaranteed refund of earlier charges. The Canva customer-support information explains the available help route.
For Canva, team ownership and where the plan was purchased can affect who is able to cancel it. A different creative-software example is covered in the Adobe cancellation guide.
