Cancel Strava UK: Website Billing, App Stores and Remaining Access
Strava’s cancellation instructions split the process by who bills you. A subscription bought through the Strava website is managed in Strava account settings; a plan taken out through Apple or Google is cancelled in that store’s subscription controls. What cancelling changes
The cancel option controls future billing; it is not a general request to reverse previous charges. Strava’s help explains continued paid access for the remainder of an already paid period, subject to the plan and billing provider. For a refund question, identify the actual merchant on the receipt before contacting support.
Which account actually takes payment?
Locate the original payment confirmation before changing anything. On the web, sign in to the account with the active paid plan and follow Strava’s subscription and cancellation controls. For an App Store or Google Play purchase, open the matching subscription screen using the account that paid. Keep the confirmation and check the stated next renewal date.
Example: Imagine you have Strava on your Android phone but originally signed up on an iPad. Looking only under Google Play might show no active plan. Check the Apple subscription attached to the purchase before assuming you cannot cancel through the correct billing channel.
Finding a missing subscription
If the membership is missing from the expected account, compare the email on the invoice with the profile currently open. Use the official Strava help centre for web-billed plan enquiries; an app-store charge must also be checked through the store that collected payment.
