Abercrombie UK Returns: Online Refund Route, Stores and Order Look-up
An Abercrombie web order and a garment bought at one of its shops can have different return requirements. Start by locating the purchase in the UK help centre, which provides separate options to start a return, track a return and look up an order.
Online purchases versus shop purchases
The company’s online-help area distinguishes returns and exchanges for website purchases from in-store purchases. It also provides a direct order-support route and a UK customer-service number. Before relying on a number of days seen in a general search result, check the policy displayed for the UK order and the item’s original condition; promotions and merchandise marked as final sale may have different conditions.
Finding your Abercrombie return route
Use the order reference and checkout email to access Start My Return if the purchase was made online. Check whether an authorised return can be taken to a shop or needs the issued postal route, then retain the confirmation and tracking. For a till purchase, check the receipt and use the store-specific help rather than posting the item to an online fulfilment centre.
If a till purchase has no online order record
If you ordered a jacket directly from Abercrombie but bought matching trousers from a department store, registering both against the Abercrombie order will not produce a valid return for the trousers. Check the selling name on each receipt and follow the correct company’s instructions separately.
What to keep while support checks the return
If the return has arrived but no refund status is visible, use the same order reference in the official help centre. Explain whether you are waiting for the warehouse to inspect a parcel or a shop to process an in-person purchase; the two are not interchangeable. For clothing supplied by Next rather than Abercrombie’s own shop, the Next transaction has its own return instructions and reference number.
