Zalando UK Returns: 30 Days, Partner Orders and QR Labels

On Zalando, an order may contain goods sold by Zalando and products offered by a partner. That seller distinction matters before you print a label or try to send everything to one address.

Zalando’s UK terms provide a voluntary 30-day return option for eligible goods received from its website. The goods must remain in the condition described in those terms; hygiene-sensitive items have stated exclusions. Its returns instructions distinguish Zalando merchandise from partner merchandise, so use the label or QR code generated against the particular item. The official Zalando UK policy and help page contains the current wording for this purchase route.

Check the seller and the item before packing

If a pair of trainers and a jacket came in the same delivery but show different selling partners, do not presume one label covers both. Compare the return instructions item by item and retain the handover receipts.

Open the relevant order and select the items you want to send back. Retrieve the QR code or label from your account, then follow the indicated carrier route. When a partner is named on the product or order details, check the partner-specific return information before sealing the parcel. Zalando says refund payments normally go back through the original payment channel.

A pair bought directly from schuh falls under that seller’s procedure instead; see our schuh UK returns guide if that is where you paid.

What to do if the refund is missing

The company’s refund help says it aims to issue the refund within 14 days of handing a qualifying parcel to the carrier; a payment provider may then take additional time. Contact Zalando through the order’s Help area if the return has not been recorded.
