Studio Retail Returns: 28 Days, £4.99 Fees and Brand Partners
Start with the correct online order
The help centre gives 28 days to return an eligible online purchase. For a standard Studio shipment, enter the order number and email address in the returns portal, choose the items and generate the instructions. Items should be unused, unwashed, in resaleable condition and packed with their tags and original packaging. Studio says that online orders cannot be returned to stores, including those originally collected using Click & Collect. It also says exchanges are not offered, so a different colour needs a separate order.
The return label is normally paid for
Studio lists return costs from £4.99 per ordinary unwanted-item return. That is not the correct route if the goods arrived faulty or incorrect: contact customer services and explain the issue before selecting a paid preference return. Allow up to 14 days for the returned parcel to be received and processed, then check the original payment method for the credit. The portal’s tracking scan does not itself confirm that the refund has been approved.
Studio Retail asks for a separate return for each order, and items that came from a Brand Partner may not even share the same destination as Studio-dispatched goods. Check the dispatch email before packing several purchases together.
Brand Partners send parcels to different places
If your order email identifies a Brand Partner, use Studio’s Brand Partner help article to find that supplier’s specific return instructions. Brand Partner items still have a 28-day standard window according to the help page, but the postal route and return address can differ. Sending them to Studio’s regular warehouse can delay identification. Keep a separate tracking reference for each dispatched order.
An example with two purchases
You receive a Studio-shipped coat and a side table shipped by a named Brand Partner. Register the coat using Studio’s normal portal. Check the Brand Partner lookup for the side table and do not use the coat’s postage label on its carton.
The ordinary online order guide explains the portal and charges; Brand Partner instructions explain split fulfilment.
