FatFace Returns UK: Next Stores, Evri and Collection Charges

FatFace orders can be returned through certain Next stores as well as FatFace shops, but that does not mean every airport shop or every item type is eligible for a counter return. Check the original channel and the return exception before packing the item.

Returning a FatFace parcel

FatFace’s terms describe a 28-day returns period for most unused goods and a free return in most participating FatFace and Next stores. Take the dispatch note for an online purchase. For suitable fashion and small homeware, the company also describes Evri Parcel Shop returns using the label supplied with the dispatch paperwork.

Read the FatFace official guidance alongside the relevant help or terms for the purchase you actually made.

Shop, concession and sale conditions

The published terms specify a £2.50 charge for most courier collections, including Northern Ireland, and exclude certain products from store return routes. Personalised items and hygiene-sensitive goods have their own conditions. Seasonal dates shown for past Christmas campaigns should not be treated as the current standard period.

A gift without the original card

If you received footwear and a personalised present in one order, check the personalised item’s instructions separately. Do not drop both at an airport branch because it happens to display a familiar FatFace or Next sign.

The proof worth retaining

Keep the proof of drop-off or collection and check the payment method used, particularly if an order was placed using a Next credit account. For a faulty or damaged item, the terms direct customers to contact FatFace customer service with the order details.

Next’s own return policy is not interchangeable with FatFace’s, even though some FatFace returns can be handed over at participating Next stores; see our Next returns guide for purchases from Next itself.
