KitchenAid UK Returns: 14 Days, DPD and Personalised Mixers

KitchenAid’s UK webshop sets out a 14-day return-request window from delivery for qualifying unwanted products. It provides three ways to begin: the order area of My Account, its published customer-service telephone route or its web-shop email form. Certain personalised products are excluded from ordinary change-of-mind returns under its policy. The KitchenAid official UK guidance gives the conditions for the transaction described here.

Preparing a UK web-order parcel

Prepare the order number, model number and serial number requested by KitchenAid before opening a return. Once the return has been approved, use the DPD label supplied and choose an offered pick-up or DPD drop-off option. Pack the product with its relevant accessories in the original packaging, protected by a suitable shipping carton.

Engraving, personalised goods and promotions

The company notes that a standard exchange is not available for every change-of-mind purchase; faulty-item exchanges have their own process. KitchenAid Go’s separate 90-day promotional guarantee applies only to named models and eligible purchases during its stated campaign period. Do not treat it as an extension of the ordinary 14-day webshop return policy for every stand mixer. A KitchenAid product purchased at John Lewis has that store’s purchase record; do not put its receipt into a direct KitchenAid webshop return.

A mixer purchased with extra attachments

Example: Imagine ordering a mixer with a personalised trimband and later deciding that another colour would look better. Check the personalisation exclusion before trying to request an ordinary return, rather than quoting the promotional KitchenAid Go terms for a different product.

Following the DPD handover

If a DPD collection was missed or the label has not arrived, use the KitchenAid order-support method originally used to open the request. Keep the serial-number record and authorised return confirmation for any later refund enquiry. The KitchenAid contact page explains the available help route.
