OnePlus’s UK terms describe a statutory 14-day cancellation right and an additional voluntary return option for eligible direct purchases within 30 days after receiving the product, unless a product listing states a different period. The terms distinguish a routine change of mind from a device that arrived damaged or not as described. Check the original checkout terms rather than relying on a return countdown shown for another region.

An approved RMA comes before the parcel

OnePlus instructs customers to make a Return Merchandise Authorisation request through its UK support or service form. The company says unverified returns may be declined, and the RMA paperwork must go inside the shipping parcel. Wait for the issued shipping instructions, include the relevant accessories and any promotional gift required for that order, and keep the handover proof. Do not mail an expensive phone to a generic service-centre address without an approved case.

Take care of your data and payment records

Back up files and follow official device-reset instructions before handing over the phone. A refund follows inspection and is typically routed to the original payment method. If a trade-in or promotional credit was part of the order, check the separate return conditions before assuming the accessory, cashback and device refund will reverse in one step.
