Craghoppers Returns UK: Discover Pass, Evri and Regatta Shops
Craghoppers gives qualifying unworn direct-order goods a 30-day return window. Its UK help lists £2.99 Evri ParcelShop or home collection for customers without Discover Pass, while members can have free returns under the published member process. The company also accepts qualifying website returns at official Craghoppers or Regatta high-street shops, rather than every retailer that stocks the label. Check the order email, complete the return form from your parcel and select an authorised Evri option if posting. A QR code can be used where shown; if the original form is missing, the company says to include a note with your name, order number and items being returned. Take a parcel receipt and keep it alongside the return request.
A discounted two-item order
Example: Imagine receiving a discounted fleece and a pair of walking trousers, then returning only the fleece. The refund follows the price paid for that item after the applicable promotional discount; it is not automatically the original full-price ticket amount. Check whether your Discover Pass membership applies to the particular return method.
A shop handover of an online Craghoppers order does not necessarily produce an immediate card refund at the till: the company explains that web returns handled by stores are sent back for warehouse processing. In contrast, an ordinary purchase made at a third-party concession goes back to the actual selling retailer. Its refund-status page is useful for distinguishing courier collection from warehouse receipt. If the fleece was actually bought through John Lewis, the retailer’s own returns instructions apply to that purchase even though Craghoppers made the garment.

Craghoppers says it notifies customers once the refund is processed. If fourteen days have elapsed under the timeframe stated for your return route, contact customer support with the parcel evidence and payment details from the relevant order.
