Find the order confirmation and the return form enclosed in the parcel. Follow the mailing instructions on the official UK policy and retain a trackable carrier receipt. If an order was a makeup kit, check the policy’s special conditions before separating components or returning only the piece you did not like.
Why a boutique or counter has its own receipt
The website lists an additional charge for certain partial returns of its Nice Package Custom Makeup Kit, and it distinguishes that from a complete qualifying kit return.
