Skechers UK Returns: 45 Days, Member Period and Online-Only Parcels
Skechers’ UK help distinguishes returns from guest customers and qualifying Skechers Plus members. It also says web purchases cannot be taken back through the usual Skechers retail-store return channel, so check the order type before setting off to a shop.
Skechers Plus versus guest returns
The current UK returns guidance describes a 45-day return period from shipment for unworn guest orders, extended to 90 days for eligible Skechers Plus purchases made through the member account. It requires the shoes to be in their original condition and packaging. Those windows apply to purchases on Skechers.co.uk; a pair sold by a multi-brand footwear retailer must follow the seller’s policy.
Registering an online footwear return
Find the Skechers.co.uk order email, note whether the order was placed as a guest or while signed into Skechers Plus, and open the UK help centre’s return instructions. Use the authorised online return service rather than a shop till. Pack the shoes inside a shipping carton to protect the original shoebox and retain the carrier receipt once the parcel has been handed over.
If you joined Skechers Plus after buying
For example, a Skechers Plus customer ordered shoes while signed out and later joined the membership. The member return window should not be assumed to apply retroactively to that guest purchase; identify which account and order were used. A similar-looking pair bought from schuh should be registered with schuh rather than Skechers UK.
Who to contact about a worn shoe with a fault
If the shoes develop a genuine fault after being worn, describe the problem through the appropriate retailer or brand support route rather than expecting an ordinary unworn-item return to apply. Keep the original order and product photographs available. For Skechers bought from schuh, consult schuh’s retailer returns process; Skechers.co.uk cannot automatically identify another seller’s order.
