Funky Pigeon UK Refunds: Printed Cards Versus Ordinary Gifts
A printed Funky Pigeon card and an unpersonalised gift in the same basket may not qualify for the same type of return. The company treats its cards as printed-to-order products even if you left the design blank.
Printed cards and ordinary gifts have different rules
Its current UK help allows an eligible non-personalised gift to be returned within 14 days of receipt if it remains in original condition. Personalised cards and photo gifts are treated separately, and ordinary change-of-mind returns are not offered for those products. The company asks customers to contact its Customer Happiness team before returning a qualifying ordinary gift.
Requesting instructions for an eligible gift
Check the order confirmation for the exact product types and keep any design preview. If a standard gift is unwanted, use the official contact form with the order email and ask for its return instructions; keep any security seals and packaging intact. If the printed card arrived with a printing or delivery issue, describe that specific issue to support and provide the relevant order details instead of registering a normal parcel return.
One order containing two kinds of item
You ordered a plain-looking printed birthday card and a boxed non-personalised gift. Even though the card has no photograph or custom wording, Funky Pigeon explains that cards are made to order. The gift may qualify for its separate 14-day process, so check both items rather than putting everything into an unregistered parcel.
After Funky Pigeon reviews the request
The official support guidance explains how refunds are made for accepted ordinary returns. Keep its response confirming what may be sent back; do not infer that an exchange of a printed design will be approved automatically. If your personalised card came from Moonpig, use Moonpig’s order and print-problem guidance rather than Funky Pigeon’s gift-return form.
