Start with the purchase record

Very says most goods can be returned under its 28-day Approval Guarantee if they are complete, unused and in their original packaging with security tags intact. Returns under the Approval Guarantee are free through the retailer's digital process.

The part worth checking twice

• Very processes each returns parcel individually, so a second parcel needs a separate return request and label.

• Do not place an oversized second parcel under the same label simply because the items came from the same order.
