Regatta UK Returns: Evri Charges, High-Street Shops and Partner Stockists
Regatta’s own high-street shops and independent stockists do not operate one shared return counter. This is worth checking before travelling with an unworn waterproof jacket.
Where the purchase was made
The UK brand describes a 30-day unwanted-item window for goods in original condition. Its official online route lists an Evri ParcelShop drop-off charge of £2.95 and a home collection charge of £3.25, while returns to Regatta-operated high-street stores are also offered for qualifying online purchases. Read the official Regatta policy or help page for the company’s own wording and any product-specific changes.
Getting the next step right
Find the Regatta web order number and its returns paperwork. Choose the company’s portal or an eligible official shop, keeping tags on the jacket and taking proof of purchase. A coat bought from an independent outdoor retailer cannot be posted to Regatta’s direct-order process solely because it carries a Regatta label.
If the jacket was sold by GO Outdoors, follow that shop’s policy rather than Regatta’s direct-store instructions.
When the usual return is not the issue
A parent buys matching waterproofs direct online but the wrong child size arrives. Keeping the unused garment tagged and checking the direct-order return method avoids mixing the process with an independent shop’s receipt.
The return page gives a stated refund period measured from dropping off or posting a qualifying parcel; any fault should be reported through Regatta support instead of relying only on the unworn-item rules.
