Patagonia UK Returns: Royal Mail QR Codes and No Fixed Return Deadline
Patagonia does not set a single fixed return deadline for its eligible direct online goods, but downloading a carrier label starts a separate practical clock. That difference matters if a parcel has been sitting in your hallway.
Online and other purchase channels
The UK returns page accepts qualifying direct purchases from current and past seasons, asking that fit or colour returns be made in a timely fashion and that items remain new with tags. UK customers can use a free Royal Mail paperless QR-code route. Direct exchanges are not offered through the online return service. Read the official Patagonia policy or help page for the company’s own wording and any product-specific changes.
Following the official process
Use the Patagonia order number and email to register the garment, select the proper style and colour code, and obtain the Royal Mail code or printable label. A generated label should be used within 30 days. Keep each order in its own registered return rather than combining unrelated orders into one parcel.
Outdoor kit bought from GO Outdoors has a different selling retailer; do not use Patagonia’s direct-order label for that receipt.
If the circumstances are different
A fleece bought in two sizes may be returned as a qualifying unworn item, but it should not be treated as a direct size swap: if the preferred size is needed now, a separate purchase is required. For a garment that needs repair, explore Patagonia’s different repair route.
Its UK help says a return can pass through a forwarding hub before reaching the main warehouse, so an initial carrier “delivered” scan is not always the refund-starting warehouse event.
