Pandora UK Returns: Online Orders, Outlets and Size Exchanges

A Pandora charm bought directly from its website and a ring bought at an independent jeweller can look identical but lead to different return desks. Start with the receipt, not the jewellery box.

Checking the relevant terms

Pandora publishes an additional 30-day return option for eligible full-price direct website and ordinary store purchases. Its own terms treat sale items, outlet purchases and personalised jewellery differently. A qualifying ring may be exchanged for the same design in another available size, but an exchange for a different design is not the same operation. Read the official Pandora policy or help page for the company’s own wording and any product-specific changes.

Putting in a return request

Find the original payment and order confirmation. For a direct web order, use Pandora’s designated free returns process or check which Pandora-operated shops accept that online purchase. An independent stockist’s item goes back to that selling business. Keep the parcel handover receipt, especially if your order contains several charms.

Jewellery sold by H.Samuel follows a separate retailer policy; see our H.Samuel returns guide if that name is on the receipt.

An example to consider

If a bracelet was bought with a promotional gift, check whether the associated gift must accompany the return before sending only the bracelet. For an engraved pendant, inspect the exclusions rather than assuming an ordinary unwanted-goods label will work.

Pandora’s terms explain how refunds are made when several payment methods were used. For a fault or incorrect item, use its contact route with the purchase details rather than treating it as a routine change-of-mind exchange.
