New Era UK Returns: Cap Orders, ReBOUND Labels and No Exchanges

A New Era cap bought from its own web shop has a different order record from the same cap sold at a sportswear chain. Start with the checkout confirmation to identify the seller that can accept a return.

Checking the relevant terms

New Era’s UK returns page describes a 30-day window for eligible direct purchases and asks customers to register a return through its ReBOUND service. It offers a free standard UK return method under the published conditions, but does not offer direct product exchanges for ordinary web returns. Personalised items and other excluded categories need separate checking. Read the official New Era policy or help page for the company’s own wording and any product-specific changes.

Putting in a return request

Locate the New Era order number and checkout email, enter the return request through the official portal, and follow the label or drop-off directions it supplies. Keep the retailer’s original tags attached and the cap in the condition required for an unwanted-item return. Retain the carrier reference until your refund is confirmed.

If your cap was purchased from a third-party marketplace seller rather than New Era’s own website, check the seller’s return process; our eBay UK returns guide explains the different marketplace route for purchases made through eBay.

An example to consider

If a cap was a gift bought through another shop, its branding does not turn it into a New Era web order. Ask the seller whose receipt accompanied it about the available unwanted-gift process.

For a wrong item or a fault, tell New Era’s official support the actual problem rather than selecting a routine change-of-mind return reason.
