ARKET UK Returns: New Digital Portal, Sale Items and Collection Orders
An ARKET parcel delivered in September 2026 may not contain a paper return label. The brand changed its instructions for orders placed on or after 8 September: those returns are registered online. Orders placed before that date retain the older enclosed-label instructions, so checking the original order date is useful before searching the box for paperwork that was never supplied.
What the retailer actually allows
The current UK policy gives 30 days after delivery for full-price goods and 14 days for sale purchases. It explains that multiple eligible orders can sometimes go into one parcel, provided each relevant return form is included, while any return fee is charged per order rather than per parcel. For older orders, the available carrier route also depends on delivery type and location. Northern Ireland orders are directed to a separate UPS route under the stated instructions. A garment ordered from Next uses a different return system, even if you paid with the same card.
Do this with your order details
Find your order confirmation and read the appropriate before/after 8 September section on the official returns page. Use the digital portal for a newer order and select the carrier offered there; use the supplied label only when the older-order guidance applies. If your order was delivered as Collect in Store, check its specific store-return requirement rather than assuming the usual parcel method applies. Retain proof of postage and the return-registration email.
A common mix-up
You have two jumpers ordered a week apart, one bought during a sale and the other at full price. Do not calculate a single deadline or presume one fee applies just because you put both into one parcel. Check each delivery and purchase date, register the relevant orders and keep their return records separately so you can identify a missing refund later.
Tracking the outcome
ARKET says that a return may take up to 14 days to reach and be processed. If that period has passed, its Customer Service team asks for proof of return. For an incorrectly supplied item, identify it as incorrect in the return request so the issue is not treated simply as a preference change.
