ODEON Ticket Refunds UK: Two-Hour Cut-off, Guests and Vouchers
Buying the wrong cinema time is not something ODEON simply edits in place. Its help says eligible bookings are cancelled and a fresh booking made, with an important cut-off before the film starts.
Find the ODEON booking controls
For a booking made through an ODEON or myLIMITLESS account, open the ODEON app, go to Purchases and select the booking to find the Refund control when it is available. ODEON’s UK help describes a two-hour cut-off before the scheduled screening and says a newly made payment may take time to settle before the refund button appears.
Read the ODEON official guidance alongside the relevant help or terms for the purchase you actually made.
Booking fees and time limits
A guest checkout can require the help-chat route rather than self-service. The official instructions say the booking fee is not refunded under the ordinary cancellation arrangement and set out restrictions for certain voucher and food-or-drink bookings. Use the exact reservation’s conditions rather than assuming a cinema ticket is an ordinary shop return.
If you booked the wrong Saturday showing, check the start time of the original screening before buying replacement seats. Cancelling too late, or creating a new booking without checking the first, could leave you holding both confirmations.
Keep the original eTicket
Keep the original eTicket and refund confirmation. If the performance was cancelled by the cinema, use the support category for cancelled performances rather than describing the issue as a change of mind.
