Vision Express Returns: 100 Days, Online Parcels and Store Glasses

Vision Express gives customers more time than the basic online cancellation window for many ordinary returns, but the route depends on where the product was bought. Its published guarantee says eligible items can be returned within 100 days from purchase when the product comes back in the required condition with the relevant proof of purchase.

Online orders use the online return route

An online purchase should be started through the Vision Express online return process rather than taken to a branch. The retailer says customers with an account can begin from their order history, while guest customers can use the guest return route. The parcel should include the original packaging plus the parts and accessories supplied with the order. Vision Express says different online orders should not be combined into one return parcel.

After the parcel is dropped off, the retailer notes that it can take time to reach the returns team. Once received, the published guidance says the refund is processed promptly, with the payment itself then subject to the payment provider’s timing.

Store purchases work differently

For something bought in a Vision Express shop, keep the receipt. The 100-day guarantee says an eligible purchase can be taken back with proof of purchase. Glasses may be exchanged for another pair or refunded to the same value, and the retailer also describes the option of upgrading by paying the difference. That does not mean every product can be used freely for months and then returned: the condition requirements still apply.

Condition matters, especially for contact lenses

The item should be returned in the same condition as when it was purchased. Packaging, cases, spare parts and accessories should be included. Contact lens products must be unopened for this guarantee. If a product is marked, damaged or shows signs of use beyond what the policy accepts, a routine change-of-mind refund may not be available.

Example

If you order prescription glasses online and decide the frame does not suit you, start the online return instead of walking into a shop expecting an exchange. If you bought a pair in a branch and still have the receipt, use the store route. The commercial guarantee is useful, but it is separate from any remedy that may apply where glasses are faulty or not as described.

Before returning

Check the date of purchase, gather the full product package and use the correct channel for the way you bought it. For the current wording and exclusions, read the official Vision Express 100-day returns guarantee.
