The Entertainer Returns UK: 28 Days and Online-only Toys

A toy labelled Online Only on The Entertainer website should not be treated like a box bought from its high-street shelves. The selling channel can change whether a local shop is able to accept the parcel.

Official information: The Entertainer policy and instructions; related official help or terms.

Online-only toys and store purchases

The Entertainer’s published terms give eligible online change-of-mind purchases a 28-day return period from receipt, subject to condition and product exclusions. Its Online Only product pages instruct customers to contact Customer Service and say those items cannot be returned to a store. Read the page attached to the actual product rather than assuming every toy may be handed back over a counter.

Condition and concession limitations

The official terms describe conditions for goods to be in original packaging and resaleable condition. A concession purchase can have a separate shop-specific return requirement. If you bought a toy as a present, keep the order confirmation and check whether its protective seal remains intact before arranging a parcel collection.

A toy dispatched by a partner

For example, a gaming accessory dispatched directly as an Online Only product may need a customer-service return route even if there is an Entertainer shop around the corner. Going there with the box does not change the seller’s published restriction.

Use the official return route

Use TheToyShop.com’s own support channel to obtain instructions before sending an Online Only purchase back. Where a toy was damaged on arrival, describe the fault to support rather than selecting ordinary change-of-mind return options.

Smyths Toys has its own click-and-collect and shop-return process; our Smyths UK returns guide is for items purchased there, not at The Entertainer.
