An item delivered from Superdrug.com does not always have the same seller behind it. Before choosing a return counter or printing a label, check the dispatch email: a standard Superdrug order, an item sent by a third-party supplier and a Marketplace order may need three different routes.
Ordinary Superdrug orders: shop or Evri
Superdrug accepts qualifying unused, resaleable goods within 28 days of receipt, with the original packaging. A Superdrug-dispatched online order can usually be taken to a store with its order summary and payment card, or posted back from the UK using its free Evri method. A warehouse return is a refund route, not an online exchange service: a suitable website purchase can only be exchanged at a shop. Medicines, perishables, personalised items and certain unsealed hygiene products are excluded from the ordinary change-of-mind arrangement.
A Marketplace item cannot go to the Superdrug till
If the order identifies a Marketplace seller, start the query through your account or the order-confirmation link. That seller supplies the returns address and instructions; Superdrug states its stores, warehouse and online-help team cannot accept Marketplace returns. A product merely dispatched by a third-party supplier may also have an enclosed Returns Information document directing it back to the supplier. Confirm which type you have before sending two items from the same basket together.
Refunds and a damaged delivery
Superdrug says it emails when it has processed a postal refund; the bank or payment provider can then take several working days to credit it. Keep the Evri handover receipt until the money arrives. For a broken bottle or an incorrect parcel, contact the correct seller and explain the problem before using an unwanted-item label; the ordinary hygiene exclusions do not settle a complaint about a faulty or incorrectly delivered product.
A practical example
For example, you order shampoo dispatched by Superdrug and a hair tool sold by a Marketplace merchant. Take the eligible unopened shampoo to a Superdrug shop if that is convenient, but raise a separate Marketplace return for the hair tool using the seller information in the email. Combining them in one Evri parcel could leave the second seller unable to identify the return.
Use the official returns page for the shop, Evri and supplier instructions; the Marketplace terms explain the seller-led route.
