Simply Be Returns UK: 28 Days, Account Returns and Late Items

Simply Be counts its 28-day return window from delivery, including delivery to a collection point. That can be easy to miss if you left a parcel uncollected for a few days.

Checking the relevant terms

The retailer’s current help explains that qualifying goods should arrive back at its warehouse within 28 days and remain new, unused and labelled. Late returns are not accepted under the standard policy and may receive an eVoucher or a charge rather than the ordinary payment refund. Personalised goods and used or unsealed security-sensitive devices have specific exclusions. Read the official Simply Be policy or help page for the company’s own wording and any product-specific changes.

Putting in a return request

Open My Account, go to Orders & Returns and select the relevant order to check for the Create a return control. Keep the garment labels attached and follow the offered return method. The site lists how card transactions and credit accounts are handled once an accepted return reaches the warehouse.

The brand of the dress is not enough to determine the seller: clothing bought from Next has a different returns process.

An example to consider

If a dress sat at a collection point for several days, calculate the standard deadline from the company’s stated delivery event rather than the day you finally opened the bag. Keep your collection notification in case you need to ask support about the date recorded.

Simply Be’s help distinguishes a late unwanted-item return from an item with a fault. Provide the order reference and a concise description of the actual issue when contacting its customer team.
