Full price, sale and Explore More are not one deadline
For full-priced products, Runners Need lists 30 days from purchase for an ordinary refund, extended to 100 days for eligible Explore More members. Sale and clearance goods have a 14-day return window, with a credit note instead of a cash refund for qualifying in-store sale purchases. The retailer says change-of-mind purchases from its outlet stores are final and non-returnable. Check the receipt or online order line rather than applying the full-price allowance to every item in your bag.
A pair of running shoes that still has its tags attached may be eligible for a return under Runners Need’s normal policy; a pair that has already been worn on several runs is not the same type of request. Membership, sale status and the original purchase channel also matter.
Shoes must remain in returnable condition
For an ordinary return, products must be new and unused, with labels attached and in the condition supplied. A quick try-on on a clean indoor surface is different from taking shoes out for a road run. Keep footwear boxes intact and use outer packaging for a posted return. The current support article specifically directs postal customers to register in its official returns portal and warns against addresses printed on obsolete third-party websites.
Bring purchase evidence to a shop
An in-store purchase can be returned with a receipt or eReceipt. Explore More members may be able to identify their transaction using their membership details instead of the paper receipt. If a sole separates prematurely or the wrong size was delivered, use the fault or incorrect-order channel; staff may need to assess a worn item rather than treating it as a change of mind.
How this plays out
Suppose you buy full-priced trainers as an Explore More member and sale socks at the same till. The extended member window for the trainers should not be assumed to cover the discounted socks; inspect each receipt line before planning one late return.
