Reebok’s UK-facing European shop distinguishes ordinary delivered products from pre-orders, and its terms set out two return approaches with different treatment of original delivery charges. Check which arrangement is shown for the transaction before you choose a label.
Pre-orders and direct UK purchases
The official terms explain that qualifying items should remain unworn and in suitable condition with their tags and packaging; footwear should be packed inside a protective parcel as well as its own shoe box. The site describes a free return or collection option for eligible direct orders and separately explains the consumer cancellation route. Pre-orders have their own dispatch arrangements, so a product not yet delivered is not the same as an unwanted item already received.
Registering a Reebok return
Find the Reebok order confirmation, confirm the destination is the UK and open the official returns instructions associated with the order. Register the relevant items and use the issued carrier method, retaining tracking and packaging the shoes so labels do not damage the retail box. For a pre-order you no longer want, inspect the current order status and contact support about cancellation rather than creating a return label for goods you have not received.
A pair bought from another retailer
For example, a pair of trainers arrives in the wrong size while a second item on pre-order has not shipped. The trainers may follow the post-delivery return process; the unshipped item should be handled under the pre-order cancellation information. Combining them in one request could leave one transaction without a matching parcel or dispatch record.
What happens after the parcel is handed over
If a return is accepted, watch the refund notice and the payment method used for that order. For a Reebok product purchased from another UK retailer, the seller’s order record is the starting point rather than Reebok’s direct web-shop portal. If the trainers were supplied by GO Outdoors, the selling retailer’s return procedure applies to the actual purchase.
