QVC UK Returns: 60-Day Guarantee, Return Costs and Large Items

QVC’s 60-day money-back guarantee is longer than many high-street shops’ voluntary return windows, but it is not a promise of free postage or reimbursement of every original delivery charge. The product’s size and return method still affect the practical cost.

Start a QVC return

QVC’s official policy says eligible items may be returned within 60 days of receipt under its guarantee. Start from the Customer Returns Portal or My Account to view options suited to the weight, size and value of the product. The portal may show Royal Mail, Evri or DPD services with their individual prices before you select a method.

The 60-day guarantee and delivery costs

Under the voluntary 60-day guarantee, QVC says customers normally pay return costs and original delivery charges are not included in the purchase-price refund. The company separately describes statutory cancellation arrangements for eligible recent distance purchases; those should not be confused with every later discretionary return.

A heavy appliance sent back

If you are returning a heavy kitchen appliance, do not assume you can use the same drop-off label as for a lightweight beauty item. Follow the route shown for that product and check QVC’s guidance for supplier-direct goods before arranging transport yourself.

Keep the carrier reference

Keep the parcel tracking and refund acknowledgement. QVC’s return page also provides a customer-care contact for customers who cannot use the portal; follow the published process rather than guessing a general warehouse address.

John Lewis uses a different returns timetable and carrier arrangement; our John Lewis UK returns guide applies to goods bought from that retailer.
