Pavers UK Returns: 45 Days, Returns Paid and Shop Drop-Off

Pavers gives qualifying online purchases a 45-day unwanted-return period. Its postage charge depends on whether the customer added the optional Returns Paid service at checkout: the retailer publishes a £1.49 upfront option for certain items or a £2.50 deduction for using its label without that option. Returning to a Pavers shop can avoid the routine postage deduction. See Pavers’s UK guidance on a 45-day period with two different postage choices for the original policy wording.

What must travel back inside the shoe box

Check the dispatch note and whether Returns Paid appears on the order. If using the parcel option, complete the return form on the back of the note and enclose it with the shoes in their original condition and packaging. The prepaid label belongs only to the order for which it was issued; keep the parcel receipt.

Exclusions and return labels tied to one order

The 45-day money-back conditions list exclusions, including specified socks, tights and certain sealed accessories. A fault is a separate matter from an unwanted pair that simply does not fit. Pavers’ UK shop channel is not automatically the same as using a concessions counter in another retailer. Pavers’s further instructions explain the related conditions.

A pair purchased from schuh has a different retailer receipt and return procedure from a direct-order pair.

An order-specific example

Imagine buying two pairs, one covered by Returns Paid and the other without it. Do not transfer the first pair’s return label to the second order. Check the applicable fee on each receipt before deciding whether to visit a Pavers shop instead.

Checking whether a shop return avoids the deduction

Pavers says it processes an eligible refund after receiving and checking the goods. If you have not seen the money, identify the specific original order and the return channel rather than assuming that an unused prepaid label counts as a completed return.
