At Levi’s, the price of posting jeans back depends on membership as well as whether you choose a participating shop. The UK help page distinguishes complimentary returns for Red Tab members from the charge applied to a non-member’s return request.
Which Levi’s returns are free
Levi.com accepts eligible returns or exchanges within 28 days according to its UK guidance. Red Tab members get free returns; for non-members the policy specifies a £2.50 return charge deducted from the refund. A participating Levi’s store can provide a free eligible return option, but outlet stores and department-store concessions are excluded from online-order returns.

Members, concessions and delivery charges
Complete the returns note, keep the garment labels attached and follow the label in the parcel or the instructions provided by customer care. Levi’s explains that the standard original delivery charge is refunded when the entire order is returned, not when only part of a multi-item purchase goes back.
Exchanging one of two pairs
If you bought two pairs of jeans but only one size needs changing, check the exchange option and how a partial return affects the initial delivery fee. A shop where Levi’s is stocked is not necessarily a participating Levi’s return counter.
Tracking a denim return
Retain proof of postage and the return reference. If a size replacement is out of stock, follow the company’s current exchange communication rather than assuming a new pair will be reserved as soon as you post yours.
