Website orders have their own return request
KIKO UK’s sales terms provide a 30-day period after receiving a qualifying online product to exercise its stated withdrawal option. Use the UK website return-request page with the order number and checkout email, or find the transaction in your customer account. Record the submitted request and use the return instructions sent for that purchase.
Broken seals can change eligibility
The stated standard withdrawal process excludes sealed goods opened after delivery where hygiene or health-protection reasons apply. Check a product’s protective seal before trying it; do not assume an opened lipstick or used mascara can be returned as an ordinary unwanted item. If the item arrived damaged or does not match the order, use KIKO’s customer-service route and describe the issue rather than selecting a misleading change-of-mind reason.
Promotional bundles deserve special attention
KIKO’s UK terms say some multi-item offers with free products must be returned as the whole promotion if using the stated withdrawal route. Do not separate a promotional gift from the paid items until you have checked the transaction terms. A product bought at a different cosmetics retailer has that retailer’s purchase record and may follow a different returns process.
You order two shades online as part of a multi-buy and decide one is wrong, without opening either. Check the promotion conditions before creating a one-item return. If one arrives with a cracked lid, photograph the parcel and explain that issue separately to KIKO support.
Use the KIKO UK terms of sale and official order-linked return form.
Beauty goods bought from Boots should be checked against the Boots receipt and its own unopened-product conditions, not the manufacturer’s website policy.
