Holland & Barrett Returns UK: Trusted Sellers, Seals and Free Drop-off

Holland & Barrett sells its own stock alongside products marked as sold and delivered by a trusted seller. That label determines whether a shop counter or the retailer’s usual free-return portal is the correct destination.

Holland & Barrett online return route

For H&B-delivered goods, the UK policy accepts most unopened, unused products within 30 days of original purchase when seals are intact and proof of purchase is available. An online order can be registered through the returns service with the order number and email. The policy describes free drop-off options using Evri, InPost or Royal Mail, as well as eligible store returns.

Restrictions for opened products

Items carrying the Sold and delivered by [Seller Name] label cannot be returned in an H&B store or through its normal postal hub. The third-party seller supplies separate instructions, the address and any applicable return charge. Opened food, medicines and cosmetics are treated differently for ordinary unwanted returns; do not confuse this with reporting an actual damaged order.

A supplement ordered with toiletries

Imagine one parcel contains vitamins from H&B and a device sent directly by a partner seller. Check the dispatch confirmation for each line before printing a single label or taking everything into your local shop.

Contact the correct support team

For damage or a missing delivery, use the official customer-care contact form and include product details and photographs where helpful. The H&B returns portal is for eligible goods sent through its own system, not a substitute for contacting a trusted seller.

Boots has separate return conditions and support channels; our Boots UK returns guide is relevant only if your receipt belongs to that retailer.
